My Background
I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998. I also graduated from Sheridan College in 1989 where I received my diploma in Sports Injury Management. I worked for 10 years as a Certified Athletic Therapist, working and travelling with sports teams from amateur to elite and professional athletes. I am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
For 6 years, I had the pleasure to work with a Canadian small cruise expedition company. Combing massage therapy and stretch classes with my love for the outdoors and environmental research.
Guiding hikes and driving zodiac boats in incredible places such as the Arctic and Antarctica, as well as Atlantic Canada, Scotland and Northern Atlantic Islands and Iceland.
My Approach
I love the outdoors. I believe that along with massage therapy, everyone needs to be out in nature. Whether it is a stroll along the lake with the dog or it is a hike in the forest. The physical activity with the mental connection with nature is an important part of everyone's wellbeing.
