Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage
Do you have an injury or require deep therapeutic work? Like all treatments this will start with an assessment. Depending on your issue, massage needs and goals, there will be a variety of techniques used. Trigger point work, fascial stripping, lymph drainage and stretching. You will also be given home exercises to do, to maintain and further your recovery.
Relaxation Massage
For stress management, headaches or just peace and quiet for an hour or so. Pressure can be as light or deep as you like. We can add a little essential oil to the treatment for a full body relaxation.

Hot Stones Massage
On a cold winter's day, there is nothing like the deep heat sensation of the hot stones. For both a relaxation and therapeutic effect, the hot stones will increase blood circulation and drain away all that muscle tension.
